Single Family Real Estate Appraisal
The Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) designed for single-family homes. Most often it is used for the purchases, refinancing of loans and the elimination of PMI Ins.
Multi-Family (2-4) Real Estate Appraisal
This report is used for investment and refinance. It is used for income producing properties consisting of 2 to 4 units.
Condominium Real Estate Appraisal
Similar to the single-family form, this real estate appraisal report is used in the valuation of condominiums for mortgage lending.
Drive-by Appraisal
The drive-by report used most often for homes equity loans or second mortgage It is a limited exterior report in with the real estate appraiser will perform the inspection curbside.
Desk Review Appraisal
A desk review is a review of completed appraisal's form and content to determine its compliance with USPAP and typical appraisal standards and practices.
Field Review Appraisal
A field review is similar to a desk review (see above), with the added security of an inspection of the subject property and comparable sales. A field review includes a photo of the subject, verification of comparable sales and verification of information about the subject property.
FHA/HUD Appraisal
FHA/HUD appraisals are government backed with typically lower rates. The process can be overwhelming. We are trained and knowledgeable about their guidelines and will inform you of any repairs required after inspection.
Divorce Appraisals
